Take a left at Washington St. (1st light)
Take a right at Front St. (second stop sign)
Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.

From the Brooklyn Bridge
Exit right before the end of bridge for BQE/278/Cadman Plaza Keep right and bear right onto Cadman Plaza West Bear right onto Prospect St.
Take a left at Washington St. (1st light) Take a right at Front St. (second stop sign)
Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.

From the Manhattan Bridge
Exit right before end of bridge for BQE/278/Jay Street Merge onto Jay St. Keep in left lane Take left at light on Sands St.
Keep in right lane (do not board Brooklyn Bridge)
Follow Sands St. around to right -- becomes Adams St.
Take a right at Front St. (third stop sign)
Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.
